Rules and Policies

FOR YOUR SAFETY- PLEASE READ WHILE VISTING this facility. Customer assumes ALL risks and liabilities while on property. Tiki Adventure Zone, LLC is not responsible for any incident or accidents.

THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES ARE IN PLACE SO WE CAN PROVIDE EVERYONE WITH A FUN, SAFE AND ENJOYABLE EXPERINCE WHILE VISITING OUR TIKI ADVENTURE ZONE.

  • For the health and safety of all our visitors and staff, Tiki Adventure Zone is a no smoking facility. Tobacco products, electric cigarettes and similar products or devices are not permitted anywhere in the park.
  • No illegal substances of any kind are permitted.
  • Shoes & shirts are required to be worn at all times.
  • No offensive attire, visible offensive tattoos or gang related attire.

WHILE VISITNG TIKI ADVENTRURE ZONE PATRONS MUST:

  • Exercise good judgment.
  • Follow all posted and audible rules and policies.
  • Act in a responsible manner. If you see any unsafe activity or condition, please report it to management.
  • Refrain from participating in or on any amusement attraction/ ride when under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
  • Minors (17 years and under) must be accompanied by a parent/guardian after 8:00pm.

PLEASE REFRAIN FROM BRINGING:

  • Portable music devices
  • Outside food & beverages without prior GM permission
  • Pets (service animals permitted)
  • Weapons of any kind
  • HAVE FUN!

VIOLATION OF THESE POLICIES:

  • Issued a warning
  • Asked to leave the facility

TRACK RULES
  • DRIVERS AND PASSENGER MUST MEET THE HEIGHT, WEIGHT AND AGE REQUIREMENT AS POSTED.
  • No loose clothing or articles permitted and if any clothing or articles becomes loose or unsecured during the ride, safely pull over and raise your hand to alert the attendant. Hair/Extensions/Headdress longer than shoulder length must be tied up above the shoulder at all times while racing. If your hair/extensions or head dress becomes loose during the race, safely pull over and raise your hand to alert the attendant. Stopping on the track is not permitted for any other reason.
  • No smoking, eating, of drinking allowed in the track area.
  • Patrons under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be permitted to operate any go kart.
  • There is no bumping of other karts or track railing, no reckless driving.
  • Drivers and passengers must wear seat belts and remain seated at all times. Drivers and passengers must keep hands on the steering wheel and feet on the gas and brake pedals . Keep all body parts inside the kart at all times, Do not reach for anything outside the kart.
  • If a problem should develop, remain seated in your kart and raise your hand for assistance.
  • Do not exit your kart or unbuckle your seat belt until instructed to do so by an attendant.
  • Shoes and shirts are required.
  • Closed toe shoes required for high speed karts.
  • Riders must obey all track attendant’s instructions. Tiki Adventure Zone LLC. is not responsible for the actions of other drivers who fail to obey the track rules and cause injury or damage to others. Failure to obey rules or instructions will result in removal from the track without a refund.
  • No music or video recording devices, earphones, or headsets allowed.
  • The use of cell phones, text messaging or video recording while in the pit area or on the track is prohibited. Please make sure your cell phone is securely stored during your ride.
  • Anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol is not allowed in the track area.
  • Expectant mothers or guests with a history of back, neck, joint, and muscle or health problems should not ride and do so at your own risk of injury. Guests wearing casts are not permitted to drive.
  • Riders only permitted in the track area.
  • Line jumping of line position saying is forbidden and will result in placement at rear of line. Multiple offenses will result in the removal from the attraction for the reminder of the day.
  • Remain seated at the end of the race until you are instructed to exit by an attendant. 

OPERATING THE GO KART

  • TO DRIVE: Press the gas pedal on the right.
  • TO STOP: Press the brake pedal on the left.
  • ON THE TRACK: Follow all safety procedures, NO BUMPING! Violating any of the procedures will result in the immediate termination of your ride.
  • Follow the lights, Green is go , Yellow is slow down, Red is STOP, Checkered flag is race complete
  • BY ENTERING THE PIT AND TRACK AREA; YOU UNDERSTAND ALL THE RULES AND REGULATIONS.

MINI GOLF RULES

  • Only players are allowed on course.
  • Shoes and shirts are required at all times.
  • Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the mini golf courses.
  • Parents and guardians must supervise younger children at all times.
  • Please limit your group to four golfers.
  • Do not swing club above knees or strike club against objects.
  • Remain on sidewalks, walkways and carpeted areas.
  • Miniature Golf courses have changing elevations. Please be alert when walking.
  • No running, jumping or climbing on the course.
  • Stay off rocks and away from ponds.
  • If a ball is lost or goes off course, do not attempt to retrieve it. Contact an attendant or cashier for a replacement ball.
  • After five strokes, pick up ball and give yourself a score of six and move on.
  • Please be considerate of other players.
